Food & Beverage ManagerLocation: Tadley, HampshireSalary: £35,000 per annumJob Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality control in all aspects of service.
- Develop and implement creative menus that cater to the diverse preferences of our guests.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure the availability of supplies.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and excellence in customer service.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in food preparation and service areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality products.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting for the department.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on food and beverage trends, integrating them into the business strategy where applicable.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge in food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in menu planning and food cost management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations specific to the food and beverage industry.
