Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionThe Fleet & Government Specialist is responsible for delivering a comprehensive solution-focused experience to clients. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities by implementing sales strategies, promoting NAPA parts, programs, and PBE (Paint, Body, and Equipment) solutions to Fleet and Government accounts for our stores.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and potential accounts, creating plans to grow sales with new customers.
  • Implement sales development initiatives and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Store Managers to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and create plans to grow the business.
  • Gather market intelligence and report any service or product issues to the assigned Store Managers and Sales Manager.
  • Act as the key account manager for head office regarding fleet management.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the RFP (Request for Proposal) process.

QualificationsTo Join Our Team, You Need:

  • Experience in the Automotive Fleet & Government segment (preferably within the automotive parts industry).
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales development experience.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, adaptability, problem-solving, and a drive for results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, presentation abilities, customer focus, time management, and perseverance.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel out of the province once per quarter.
  • Flexibility to perform fieldwork as required.
