Vous gérerez une équipe de spécialistes du parc automobile et serez chargé(e) de garantir une qualité de service élevée à nos utilisateurs et à nos villes. Vos responsabilités comprennent la supervision de l’exécution efficace des tâches liées à l’entretien, à la réparation, au transport et au repositionnement des véhicules, ainsi qu’au remplacement des batteries.Vous partagerez votre temps entre des tâches de gestion, telles que le recrutement, la formation et l’évaluation des performances de votre équipe, et l’exécution de tâches opérationnelles, que ce soit dans l’entrepôt ou sur le terrain, en fonction des besoins commerciaux du site.

This role allows you to have a direct impact on our fleet readiness and be a part of building a company that will fundamentally change the way people live in European cities for decades to come. Are you ready for a VOIage?YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs the Team Lead, you will be providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries.
You will divide your time between managerial duties, such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team, and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site.coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists. * Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensureavailability and optimal usage. * Health&Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance.
