Title: Fiscal Technician Senior: State Farm Correctional Complex #00498State Role Title: Admin and Office Spec IIIHiring Range: $41,919.00 – $59,919.00Pay Band:Agency: Dept of Corr – Central AdminLocation: State Farm Correctional CenterAgency Website: www.vadoc.virginia.govRecruitment Type: General Public – GJob DutiesTo provide fiscal support to accurately and efficiently record and balance all financial activities; to ensure proper case management procedures are followed; to review, analyze, and process a range of data and reports in accordance with Department of Corrections (DOC) and Department of Accounts (DOA) policies and procedures.Minimum QualificationsWorking knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting and procurement principles and practices; ability to perform accurate detailed work with detailed numerical data, mathematical calculations, and financial reports. Recent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; recent working knowledge of office procedures, computers, calculators, copiers, and office machines. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing; demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines and to work independently.Additional ConsiderationsAdvance knowledge of Electronic Virginia (eVA), Cardinal and Corrections Information System (CORIS) Inmate Trust.
