Job Requirements:

• Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience preferred.
• Illinois Food Handler Certificate (required).
• BASSET Certification (required if serving alcohol).
• Professional appearance – Black or white button-down shirt required. Please wear this during your interview as well.
• Strong customer service skills & ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Provide White-Glove Service – Deliver an exceptional fine dining experience with attention to detail.
• Take Orders & Serve – Guide guests through the menu, and deliver food & drinks with precision.
• Anticipate Guest Needs – Offer personalized service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain High Standards – Follow fine dining etiquette, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Work as a Team – Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and fellow servers for seamless service.
