Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking to hire a Financial Regulatory Associate with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded Financial Services Regulatory team in London.The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice on complex regulatory matters, advise on compliance issues, draft and negotiate key regulatory documentation, and work closely with a diverse client base, including banks, investment firms, fintech companies, and financial market infrastructure providers. The role will also involve cross-border collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s international offices and participation in business development initiatives.The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales, and have 1-3 years of PQE in financial services regulation. Experience in areas such as AIFMD, ESG regulations, MiFID, IFPR, payments, crypto, and fintech regulatory frameworks will be highly valued.
