Are you ready to join us and be a part of this exciting adventure?The Finance TeamWithin the finance team, we offer you a formative internship, in the heart of the financial machine of a fast growing company. Accompanied by Mathieu, founder and CFO, Olivier, VP Finance, and Olivia, FP&A manager, you will work on various tasks related to finance.In a context of strong growth and internationalisation, you will have the opportunity to evolve in a start-up environment and to discover its key issues (WCR, daily cash management, planning, reporting, process structuring, consolidation within a large group).Through the diversity of the missions that will be offered to you, you will be involved in operational and analytical missions as well as in large-scale projects.Your role :๐Ÿ‘‰ Management control, reporting, business analysis (50%) :– Updating monthly financial reporting (P&L, BS and Cash flow) for all Ovrsea entities to the Comex and shareholder– Financial planning : elaboration of budget and forecast– Elaboration of the financial communication of the company (external with preparation of boards, internal with all hands meeting)– Implementation of new reporting and ad hoc analysis according to Ovrsea needs– Build processes to achieve a perfect accuracy and remove as much as possible manual inputs– Guarantee the best interaction with other departments to gather the best information๐Ÿ‘‰ Market research and benchmark (25%) :– Research and qualification of external information, competitors benchmark and sector analysis– Clear restitution and presentation of the study to guide decision-making (finance team and Comex)๐Ÿ‘‰ FinOps – Operational Finance (15%) :– Back up in daily finance operations (processing and payment of supplier invoices, customer invoicing, collection, relationship with the accountant …)– Implementation of financial processes for the whole company๐Ÿ‘‰ Other projects, especially HR (10%) :– You will have the opportunity to work on other projects for OVRSEA, for example by participating in HR projects (implementation of analyses on our recruitment processes…)๐Ÿ”Ž Are you The One?– Available from January 2025 for a duration of 6 months– Curious about financial topics and comfortable with figures.– Fast-learner and skilled at managing various topics simultaneously.– Serious, with a true professional ethic.– Autonomous and highly motivated to join a startup that is transforming the international transport sector.– A first experience in a start-up or in finance is a plus.Why join us at OVRSEA? ๐Ÿ’š– Join a corporate backed tech startup for an incredible human adventure.
