Reporting to the Group Accounting Director this pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing regional financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to drive business performance.The Finance manager will be responsible for financial reporting and will partner closely with various departments to align financial goals with the overall objectives of the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in financial management. The finance manager will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of 3 finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The team has overall responsibility for 3 French Entities and IV Italy .Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly closing at D+3 under Group and French accounting rules.
- Review and finalize the French tax forms and notes to Financials (Annexes).
- Responsible for Direct relationship with, external auditors, tax advisors, local and external accountants. Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets in a timely manner twice per year ( “ documents prévisionnels “ ).
- Responsible for 3 French Entities and IV Italy
Supporting the Group Accounting Finance Director for specific projects. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including all tax and social , fiscal declarations obligations
- Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Manage cash flow for French and Italian entities , investment activities, and capital structure.
- Lead and mentor the French finance team, promoting professional development.
ProfilePreferred Qualifications:· Demonstrated experience Leading a Finance Team in a multinational environment.· Fluent in French & English.· Deep knowledge of French accounting rules and taxes. Understand complex accounting schemes.· Good communication skills.·[CP1] Nice to Have:· Audit/External accounting firm experience.Why Infovista?
