If you consider yourself to be an engaging people person and natural communicator, this could be the opportunity to take your career to the next step.Element Recruitment are partnering with an exciting Bristol business with an excellent collaborative and forward thinking culture, looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.This role will have oversight over multiple projects and cost centres, working with fellow finance business partners and non-finance operational stakeholders to drive and deliver optimum customer value as well as the following;

• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with budget holders and other business stakeholders.
• Analysis of monthly actuals, providing insight to measure performance against budget and drive improvement
• Ensure that cash flow forecasting is updated promptly each month for all budget areas and prepare variance analysis and commentary. Ensure actions are being taken to maximise cash flow, and provide insight to the wider business
• Contribute towards the annual budget planning process and five-year plan, as well as quarterly in-year reforecasts.
• Work with budget holders to monitor and control costs for multiple projects
• Contribute towards the continuous improvement agenda and projects of the wider business.

You will consider yourself naturally engaging, with strong stakeholder liaison and presentation skills. You will be a qualified accountant, likely having performed a commercially driven, business facing role previously or may be looking to transition from qualifying in corporate finance within practice.A salary of up to £60,000 is on offer dependent on experience, with hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office in Bristol with additional attractive package including bonus and enhanced pension on offer.For more information, please contact Tom Chambers at Element in Bristol
