We are seeking candidates for Filler Operator roles on the day shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. This position oversees the maintenance of all plant processes in their assigned area of responsibility and maintains high levels of safety, quality, and productivity.What you will do as a Filler Operator:

• Support new production initiatives, including technology, systems, processes, and job roles, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training
• Participate in training for new processes and equipment, including self-study
• Clean Filler/Blender machines and production lines per schedule
• Operate Filler/Blender machines and perform maintenance checks
• Complete required hourly records
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas
• Ensure proper labels, lids, and CO2 levels, taking corrective actions as needed
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisors or customers.

What you will need to be a Filler Operator:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, frequently bend and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and customer portals
• Ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
