Job Title: File Clerk – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a File Clerk for a short-term temporary position with our client, a medical office affiliated with Hanger, located in Waterville, Maine. The File Clerk will assist with organizing and archiving over 100 boxes of patient charts. The File Clerk must work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy. This is a 2–3 week project located in Waterville, ME.As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for:Organize patient charts alphabetically by last nameLog information into spreadsheets accuratelyApply barcodes and document each chart on tracking sheetsBox records correctly and according to instructionsFollow detailed training provided by the Hanger teamWork in a quiet, minimally supervised spaceAdapt to a dusty environment as the area is in the process of being cleaned outThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
