About Syrian Networks League (SNL):
An institution that brings together the coordinating bodies of Syrian Civil Society Organizations, SNL Started in 2015 and Officially registered in Turkey as a humanitarian league in 2021, gathered by a transparent coordination mechanism within credible, pluralistic participatory frameworks, aiming at mobilizing the energies of civil coordination bodies to ensure the creative expression of the aspirations of Syrian Civil Society, and develop its initiatives with the aim of advocacy for its issues and building its capabilities to promote comprehensive development. Syrian Networks League consists of seven coordination bodies. These coordination bodies include 140 organizations working in the humanitarian and civil fields in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey. An establishment that brings together the coordination bodies of Syrian civil society organizations, which are in agreement with the goals and mechanisms outlined in the statute.

Mobilizing the energies of the civil coordination bodies in a way that guarantee creative expression about the aspiration of the Syrian Civil Society and develop its initiatives with the purpose of supporting its cases and building its capacities in order to enhance comprehensive development.
SNL goals:
1. The harmonious and balanced representation of the Syrian civil society through the agreed representation mechanism.
2. Advocacy for Syrian civil society issues to influence decision makers.
3. Developing the capabilities of the Syrian civil coordination bodies, and strengthening local, regional and international networking and cooperation channels.
4. Activating the oversight role of civil society.
5. Developing institutional civil work.
6. Promote participatory work and complementarity between civil coordination bodies.

Overall Purpose:
The researcher will be responsible for collecting essential data for the project according to tasks assigned by the project manager across various sectors. The field researcher will serve as the primary source of information required by the project.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collect basic data using various tools (Households surveys, Key informative interviews, focused group discussions).
-Gather data related to humanitarian and emergency needs across sectors from local councils, committees, local organizations, and other information sources.
– collect data directly from the community, precisely identifying needs for all targeted sectors and services in the specified areas.
-Collect basic data related to infrastructure.
-Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with all information sources interviewed in the field.
-Collaborate with the team and work collectively.
-Attend necessary training sessions to enhance data collection skills in the field.
-Maintain constant communication with the direct supervisor, reporting all sudden developments in the field.
-Ensure accurate information collection, focusing on all field-relevant details.
-Report any gaps or challenges immediately.
-Compile a daily report detailing completed tasks, challenges, and difficulties.
-Perform any other tasks required by the project manager.
Note: The mentioned responsibilities are primary. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future based on the project’s organizational plan and unexpected developments during the project period.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or university degree (male and female university students are welcome).
-Three years of work experience in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation.
-Excellent proficiency in the Arabic language, both in speaking and discussion.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
يعد الباحث مسؤولاً عن جمع البيانات الأساسية المتعلقة بالمشروع وفق المهام التي يحددها مدير المشروع بمختلف القطاعات وسوف يعتبر الباحث الميداني هو مصدر المعلومات الأساسية التي يتطلبها المشروع
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
جمع البيانات الأساسية بحسب نوع الأدوات التي سوف يتم استخدامها (استبيانات، مقابلات فردية، جلسات نقاش مركزة)
جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالاحتياجات الإنسانية والطارئة لجميع القطاعات من المجالس واللجان المحلية والمنظمات المحلية وغيرها من مصادر المعلومات حسب القطاع.
جمع البيانات بشكل مباشر من خلال سكان المنطقة وتحديد الاحتياجات بشكل دقيق لجميع القطاعات والخدمات في المناطق المستهدفة.
جمع البيانات الأساسي المتعلق بالبنى التحتية.
المرونة في التعامل مع جميع مصادر المعلومات الذين سوف يتم مقابلتهم في الميدان.
التعامل بروح الفريق والعمل الجماعي.
حضور التدريبات اللازمة لتعزيز القدرة على جمع البيانات بأفضل طريقة في الميدان
التواصل الدائم مع المسؤول المباشر وابلاغه بجميع التطورات التي تحصل بشكل مفاجئ في الميدان والرجوع إليه قبل اتخاذ أي قرار.
التأكد من جمع المعلومات الدقيقة والتركيز على جميع المعلومات الواردة في الميدان.
الإبلاغ المباشر عن أي ثغرات أو تحديات.
كتابة تقرير يومي بجميع الأعمال المنجزة والتحديات والصعوبات.
القيام بأي مهام أخرى يمكن أن يتطلبها مدير المشروع.
ملاحظة: المسؤوليات المذكورة أعلاه هي مسؤوليات رئيسية. قد يتم تعيين مسؤوليات أخرى في المستقبل لهذا المنصب حسب المخطط التنظيمي للمشروع والتطورات المفاجأة التي يمكن أن تحصل خلال فترة المشروع.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
الشهادة الثانوية أو شهادة جامعية (ونرحب بطلاب الجامعات الذكور والإناث)
ثلاث سنوات خبرة عمل في جمع البيانات والمراقبة والتقييم
مستوى ممتاز في اللغة العربية وطلاقة في التحدث والمناقشة.
