Working hand-in-hand with sales, demand generation, and content teams, you’ll ensure every event delivers measurable ROI through thoughtful promotion, strong audience engagement, and clear and structured lead handoff. • Make an Impact at Industry Events & Sponsorships

• Own EventMobi’s participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events.
• Develop and execute pre-, during-, and post-event strategies to drive brand awareness and pipeline.
• Ensure all sponsorships are leveraged for maximum exposure and lead generation.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align on event targets and lead capture strategies.
• Drive Engagement Through Webinars & Virtual Events

• Manage the strategy and execution of thought leadership and product-focused webinars to engage and educate our audience of corporate, association, and third-party planners.
• Handle event setup and reporting in HubSpot in collaboration with Demand Gen.
• Lead promotion and audience acquisition efforts, ensuring high attendance and engagement.
• Work with content, product, and demand generation teams to continuously improve webinar effectiveness.
• Create Strategic Owned Events

• Own and execute select strategic in-person events that align with third-party and sponsored event strategies.
• Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between owned events and overall demand generation goals.
• Own the Event Pipeline & Lead Flow

• Take full responsibility for event-driven lead generation, ensuring all events contribute to meetings booked and revenue growth.
• Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to develop promotional strategies across email, paid search, social ads, and organic channels.
• Ensure lead attribution and reporting in HubSpot in collaboration with Demand Gen.
• Track, Measure & Report Event Performance

• Ensure accurate tracking of event-driven leads and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Sales to ensure leads are properly attributed and followed up on.
• Own weekly and quarterly reporting to measure event impact.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven success managing third-party events, sponsorships, and virtual event programs.
• Experience aligning field marketing programs with sales pipeline goals.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong ability to collaborate with sales, demand generation, and content teams to drive event success.
• Experience managing event budgets, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Ability to travel for in-person events as needed.

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment – a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
• You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30 Mbps download speed
