Green Things Farm Collective is a community-centered, organic, and no-till farm located just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. We specialize in the direct sale of produce and flowers to our local eaters through our farm stand, farm memberships, farmers markets, local restaurants, and a variety of local grocery and food distribution programs. With respect for age-old traditions, practices, and economics of small-scale farming and land stewardship, we seek to pioneer a new model of regenerative agriculture that reflects the world we live in today and moves us towards a healthier future.

We pride ourselves on building an organization that empowers our team members to hone their farming craft over time and contribute to a compassionate farming community that celebrates good work and well-earned bounty.

For the 2026 season, we’re hiring two experienced Field Crew Members to join our team. Field Crew Members are the heart of our operation, working together to grow, harvest, and distribute vegetables and flowers for our CSA, farm stand, farmers markets, and wholesale partners.

This is hands-on, physically demanding, deeply rewarding work. Because our farm relies on diverse crops, evolving seasonal workflows, and farm-specific systems, all new crew members, regardless of prior experience, are considered “in training” for their first season with us. We provide ongoing training, documented procedures, and regular check-ins with leadership to support skill development, feedback, and growth on the farm.

The best candidates for our team are hardworking, curious, team-oriented, and ready for the full arc of the season, from cool spring mornings to the peak intensity of summer and fall.
