For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs • Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner • By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria Qualifications: • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus • Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required • Experience working in sales is required Manager Requirements: • Life and Health License required • Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required • Previously managed a team of individuals who required • Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus • College Degree (Recommended) If you are: • Goal-oriented • A strong communicator We would like to learn more about you.
