What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the Heart of the Action: Ensure everything runs smoothly by managing daily operations and addressing maintenance needs.
- Safety First: Conduct regular safety checks and maintain compliance, keeping our workplace secure and accident-free.
- Coordinate & Organize: Handle maintenance requests, janitorial services, office space planning, and anything else to keep the space functional and efficient.
- Vendor Superhero: Work directly with vendors for services, repairs, and all things facility-related to ensure everything is running on track.
- Your Job, Your Impact: You’ll be the go-to person for all facility requests, creating a comfortable, safe, and productive environment for everyone.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Experience: 1-2 years experience working in a facility coordination, maintenance, or a similar role, and are ready to take on a leadership role in operations.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: You’re quick to assess a situation and find effective solutions to keep everything on track.
- Great Communicator: Whether working with vendors or your team, you can effectively get things done with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Detail-Oriented: You’re someone who notices the small details and ensures nothing gets overlooked.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and open to learning new systems.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: $26.50 – $29.50/hr, depending on your experience.?
