Now Hiring: Experienced Cabinet Assembler Level 3
Location: Middleton, WI
Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible)
Compensation: $25-$30 (Based on experience)
Type: Full-time, Direct HireAre you a skilled cabinet assembler or millworker with hands-on experience in custom cabinet production? We’re looking for experienced professionals only to join our client’s growing team in Middleton, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who can take the lead in production and bring expertise in woodworking and assembly.Please note: Only candidates with prior cabinetmaking or millwork experience will be considered for this role.What You’ll Do:Lead and assist in the assembly of high-quality cabinets, displays, and fixturesHandle complex projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines are metTrain and support junior team members (Level I and II)Read and interpret shop drawings and work ordersOperate various shop machinery and toolsUtilize FileMaker and Google Docs for scheduling and production trackingMaintain shop cleanliness and support packaging/shipping processesWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 5+ years of experience in cabinetmaking or millwork
OR
Completion of a trade program with 2+ years in a lead or senior-level roleProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machineryDemonstrated leadership experience in a production or assembly environment
