Package: Competitive salary and excellent benefitsThe Executive Resourcing Partner is tasked with identifying, attracting, assessing and securing top diverse talent for executive roles across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in supporting Ricoh’s growth and innovation by sourcing leaders who align with our values and are capable of driving our strategic objectives forward.The role focuses on hiring senior management and executive level positions as well as niche technical roles across EMEA. What you will be doingKey accountabilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy that aligns with Ricoh’s business goals and promotes our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand their needs and to identify the ideal candidate profiles for executive roles.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top executive talent with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Identifying and Attracting Diverse Talent:

  • Lead efforts to identify, engage, and recruit diverse executive talent across the EMEA region.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging digital platforms, to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner with external organizations and communities to enhance Ricoh’s visibility and attractiveness among diverse talent pools.

Talent Pool Management:

  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive talent pool of prospective executive candidates, ensuring it is regularly updated and aligned with Ricoh’s evolving needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-potential candidates, ensuring they remain engaged and informed about opportunities at Ricoh.

Employer Branding and EVP Promotion:

  • Act as an ambassador for Ricoh’s EVP, effectively communicating our culture, values, and benefits to prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to enhance Ricoh’s employer brand and attract top executive talent.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and other forums to promote Ricoh’s brand and to network with potential candidates.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for executive roles, from initial sourcing through assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and ensure compliance with Ricoh’s hiring policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance and continued management of the candidate tracking system (TalentLink) ensuring all activity is recorded, compliance with legal requirements and ensure a first-class candidate experience is delivered to all applications

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to executive recruitment, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.
  • Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the executive hiring process.
  • Present regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes

You will ideally have

  • Strong understanding of the technology sector and the key competencies required for executive roles within it
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (including Social Media
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the EMEA region
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse executive talent
  • Significant demonstrable experience in executive sourcing and recruitment, preferably within the EMEA region
