There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.Responsibilities:Provide elevated administrative support to a specific line of business or service line; to include, document preparation, presentations, calendar management, travel management, and meeting coordination.Maintain and routinely input, compile, collect, and analyze moderately complex and confidential data for projectsCollaborate with other Firm Client Service functions, such as Human Resources, IT, and MarketingServe as a back-up to other administrative/office services functions as neededServe as a go-to for colleagues on technical, non-technical and procedural questionsKnowledgeable on general office policies and proceduresActive participant in team meetings and activitiesOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookCalendar management experience​Associate degree or relevant, equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Five+ years relevant administrative support experiencePrevious experience in a professional services environment a plusAdvanced Microsoft Office 365Effective organization and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as necessary to meet deadlinesFlexible demeanor, pro-active thinker, positive attitude, maintains confidentialityAbility to take direction, follow procedures, and ask appropriate questionsComplete tasks independently as well as work collaboratively with teamsAbility to handle stress while operating with a sense of urgency and with good judgmentChange management and problem-solving skillsInnovative thinkerExhibit leadership qualities*This position is hybrid, the successful incumbent will need to be in office 3 days per weekAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
