What You Bring: 2-4 years of experience creating remarkable client experiences and developing strong relationships. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the retail banking industry or a similar field. Experience with lending products (loans, credit cards, etc.) is considered an asset. An unwavering passion for sales and relationship building and management. Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or relevant work experience. A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
