We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing efforts for two core products within our broader portfolio. As the first product marketing hire for these product lines, you will have a unique opportunity to build and own the go-to-market strategy, define positioning and messaging, and lead all execution efforts—both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to roll up their sleeves while setting the foundation for scalable growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with product, sales, brand, demand generation, and customer success to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for two key products, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.Own and manage marketing execution, including content creation, campaign development, and lifecycle programs to drive customer engagement and growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal central marketing teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Brand, Comms) to support execution of Behavioral Health marketing initiatives.Manage agency relationships to supplement internal capabilities and ensure high-quality delivery of marketing assets.Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform messaging and strategy.Create marketing assets such as product one-pagers, sales enablement tools, website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and more.Track and report on performance metrics, optimizing based on data and insights.Establish foundational processes and frameworks for product marketing to scale efforts over time.Serve as the voice of the product internally and externally, ensuring a consistent narrative across all touchpoints.Create and manage marketing budget; allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels to achieve goals, maximizing ROI.
