We are seeking an experienced Events Manager & Planner to support the management, planning, and execution of the Roundhouse Commercial Events Hire Programme. This role will serve as a key point of contact for event clients and production teams, overseeing the successful delivery of up to 30 events per year.
This role focuses on the planning and operational delivery of events for clients hiring our dry hire venue. Events range from single-day luxury awards ceremonies to multi-day corporate hires for international technology and media companies. Our client base includes industry leaders such as Sky Arts, Universal Music, and Rolling Stone.
Please note that while this position sits within the Commercial Directorate, it is specifically focused on commercial events and does not involve our music programming.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.About you:
You should have a minimum of two years’ professional experience in event management for private or corporate events, along with a strong working knowledge of the live events industry.
