The first stage will be an informal open day on Friday 29th November at the Petrus Hub. This is a morning drop-in session that will allow you to gain a better insight into Petrus and speak with the hiring team about the role in more detail. Following on from the open day, we will be inviting candidates in for an in person face-to-face interview.)The roleThe Events and Partnerships Coordinator will report to the Wellbeing and Engagement Service Manager and, as part of the Fundraising Team, will have regular meetings with the Charity Director to update on fundraising events and future corporate volunteering plans. The post-holder will, in collaboration with the Service Manager, develop existing corporate relationships, increase sponsorship opportunities by helping organisations meet their Social Responsibility obligations and secure new sources of funding.Together with the Service Manager, the post holder will be expected to develop and secure new partnerships and liaise with existing partners to develop fundraising opportunities. The post-holder will also lead, plan and organise fundraising events, therefore a strong creative and innovative approach to fundraising is encouraged.Applicants will have a flexible approach to work, and flourish being part of a proactive and energetic team.
