Acting as their strategic advisor, you’ll spend your days proactively educating, onboarding, strategizing, problem-solving, and implementing cutting-edge technology and production solutions for our top-tier clients. Collaboration is at the heart of your role—you’ll work closely with our Account Management, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure our customers not only love using EventMobi but return year after year.On top of that, you’ll join a fun, dynamic, and inclusive team of professionals who can’t wait to welcome you aboard. As a bonus, you’ll become part of the rapidly expanding community of customer success professionals.WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON

• Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to our amazing customers—professional event planners and marketers at large corporations and associations—helping them implement their event technology and plan and execute successful events.
• Lead customer onboarding, strategy discussions, and relationship-building to drive value generation and increased adoption of EventMobi products.
• Act as a consultant guiding customers in adopting our products and services while ensuring optimal fit for their event needs.
• Collaborate with customers to define and achieve event KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Oversee active events from conception to post-event, managing projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, support, product, and sales.
• Ensure customers are aware of EventMobi initiatives and new product releases.

• Be available to travel and provide occasional support during evenings or weekends, especially when supporting on-site events.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years experience as an event coordinator, event planner or project coordinator, with proven success managing existing accounts and relationships from a service delivery perspective.
• A love of technology and a passion for its impact on the event industry.
• The ability to think outside the box and continually develop creative strategies to improve our customers’ experience.
• An empathetic personality and care about solving problems and helping people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Top-notch organizational skills, adept at multitasking, and excel in thorough documentation and follow-up practices. You are flexible and adaptable and enjoy having fun in the workplace while focusing on delivering outstanding customer service.

NICE TO HAVE:

• 2-year college diploma or 4-year degree in events management
• Experience working with event technology, including: registration, event app. badges, AV solutions, virtual events.
• Prior experience providing in-person support or on-site services is a plus.
• Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM is also nice to have.

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment – a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
• You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed
