- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
- Assist in managing store accounts to meet budgetary constraints and satisfy customer needs.
- Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our client’s products or services to decision-makers and stakeholders
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retaining customers through effective communication with the sales team.
No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel in retail responsibilities.Benefits:
