As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of various events. • Assist with event setup, including arranging decorations, setting up equipment, and preparing materials.
• Engage with attendees and clients during events to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Help coordinate event activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Distribute promotional materials and gather feedback from participants to enhance future events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all event logistics are managed effectively.
• Assist in post-event breakdown and cleanup activities.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company at events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
