Event Executive Team – We provide exceptional support to show teams, acting as the bridge between departments with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Committed to the highest standards, we build strong relationships and ensure seamless event execution.About the RoleWe are seeking an organised, supportive, and proactive individual to join our Event Executive team. As an Event Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution by coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will require multitasking and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are met and processes are followed with attention to detail.Responsibilities
- Systems Support – supporting the integration of internal systems from Salesforce.com by ensuring packages and products are set up correctly, working closely with our marketing technology teams & testing efficiently.
- Event Edition Setup – taking ownership of the ‘Ready to Sell’ process to ensure that all systems are setup and we are ready to start selling the next event edition – this involves the coordination of multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met, and completing final testing of all system integrations once all functions have completed their tasks.
- Sales & Sponsorship Support – working closely with international sales teams, updating trackers to ensure the inventory of items is maintained and working closely with the Sponsorship Fulfilment Team to support the successful delivery of all sponsorship contracts.
- Onsite Coordination – Preparing crates, IT equipment, onsite manuals, supporting travel booking teams, arranging team dinners, team communication & rebooking, SPOC management + adhoc support onsite at the show
