Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for an Administrator to respond to a wide range of internal and external customers and impress them with your prompt, clear and informative assistance.A typical day for you would include being the first point of contact for the Neighbourhood and Communities team by ensuring our caretaking team can report repairs, bulk or other Health & Safety concerns directly into the business and knowing that they will be dealt with quickly and effectively. You’ll also provide contract administrative support for our trees, grounds, garages and window cleaning, ensuring all our data is up to date so we can focus on how we can best keep our customers informed.You’ll have experience of working in an administrative role in a methodical manner and be confident with IT systems. By working in a highly organised way, with exceptional attention to detail, you’ll be able to juggle several things at once without dropping anything and cope well under pressure.When we’re hiring, we look for people who connect with our KOSMIHC values:
