Duty Station– Olympia, Washington – Thurston County
Hybrid/Telework– While this position offers a hybrid work arrangement, the successful candidate must be available to report to the Olympia, WA headquarters as needed.

The Environmental Permit Staff Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing senior-level permitting staff in obtaining permits and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations for WDFW Construction Activities.
In addition to managing permitting and compliance for statewide construction projects, you will assign work, review materials, and represent the department in meetings and public hearings.
This is an opportunity to become our expert planner, providing guidance on permitting efficiencies, streamlining, policy, regulation, environmental law, safety recommendations, and planning principles.
