We are currently hiring a Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Coop in Breinigsville, PA for the Co-op cycle of July 2026-December 2026.

What You’ll Brew:

As an Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Coop, you will support the both the Senior Manager of Sustainability and Environmental Compliance Manager, contributing to both the analytical and creative aspects of BBC’s Sustainability & Environmental work. This role is designed as a balance of quantitative data, environmental regulatory/compliance efforts and creative communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting development and maintenance of core Sustainability assets, including our ESG Report, Scope 1-3 emissions inventory, and other disclosures and compliance materials.
  • Assisting with data collection, validation, and calculations tied to environmental metrics and regulatory needs.
  • Helping prepare internal materials related to environmental compliance expectations and emerging requirements.
  • Creating visually engaging presentations, infographics, and messaging that help socialize Sustainability initiatives across the company.
  • Supporting internal campaign-style communication efforts that make Sustainability topics accessible and memorable for coworkers.
  • Drafting copy for internal updates, dashboards, and storytelling aligned with BBC’s Sustainability strategy.
  • Managing multiple projects at once with strong attention to accuracy, timelines, and crossfunctional partnership.

What Ingredients You’ll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related degree program.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting concepts and a broad range of Sustainability topics.
  • Comfort working with numbers, formulas, and environmental datasets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in moving work forward.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and in person.
  • Ability to navigate multiple simultaneous projects with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of internal partners.
  • Responsive, accessible, and genuinely interested in Sustainability and environmental impact.
  • Ability to work hybrid from the Boston office or fully remote.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or coop experience, particularly in an office setting.
  • Experience developing creative or visual content, including presentations, layout design, or infographics.
  • Comfort working in Microsoft PowerPoint to develop compelling visual materials.
  • Experience writing copy for internal audiences or contributing to communication campaigns.
  • An eye for creative design, presentations and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.
