• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns in a friendly and timely manner.

Who You Are:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a passion for finance or insurance is a plus!
• Excellent Communicator: You have a warm phone voice and can communicate clearly in writing.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and online systems.
• Organized: Able to efficiently manage tasks and keep everything in order.
• Self-Motivated: Can work independently from home while staying focused.
• Customer-Oriented: Enjoy helping others and providing outstanding service.
