As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our sales teams by identifying and attracting the right talent. Your responsibilities will include:Managing full-cycle recruitment for a specific portfolio in a high-volume setting.Shadowing frontline roles during your onboarding week to better understand the positions you’ll be recruiting for.Supporting recruitment for senior roles as you gain experience.Posting job ads and tracking their performance across platforms.Sourcing candidates from resume databases and initiating outreach calls.Pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.Conducting reference checks and assisting with background verifications.Supporting onboarding processes, including documentation and presentations.Participating in recruitment events such as job fairs, conferences, and workshops.
