Which jobs(s) does this Role report to?Head of European Enterprise Emerging VerticalsFitness & ProbityThis role is not a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.1. Accountabilities for your role – what are you expected to do?· Demonstrable experience of achievement against target in a role that is focused on new business acquisition.· Previous success in negotiating and managing partnerships within the payment market· Previous success in negotiating and managing commercial models ( e.g. revenue share, buy rate/sell rate, margin management models)· Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of issues involved in negotiating commercial models, contracts and has ability to negotiate logically and constructively· Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels, internally and externally· 5 years+ experience in a payments role including acquiring, partnerships, payment gateway and/or POS solutions· Experience in launching new partnerships in collaboration with product and marketing teams· Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships· Strong understanding of all products and services in UKI payments industry· Advanced knowledge of applicable policies and procedures and compliance maintenance· Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills· Highly motivated individual· Excellent communication/relationship management and negotiation skills· An aptitude to detect gaps, analyse and propose solutions· Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task· Strong presentation skills with experience speaking at events an advantage· Willingness to travel· Experienced to pitch to senior stakeholders in large organizations2. CollaborationDevelop strong relationships with key internal global stakeholders, to collaborate across the business and support strategy achievement, and in making critical recommendations / decisions, on prioritisation of requirements across the partner pipeline and portfolio.2. Drive for ResultsSetting achievable yet stretching plans of how we can grow new partners, and aligning on key goals and objectives whilst ensure we meet all regulatory and compliance requirements and timelines.5. RiskAppropriately identify and manage risks, in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and with Company Policy.6. Ethics and TrustMaintain high ethical standards; gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity3.
