ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will provide administrative support for the business unit and outsourcing groups. This includes invoicing, funds application, account reconciliation, and correct tariff identification.WHAT YOU’LL DO / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data entry, invoice creation and application of funds.
• Process financial cases daily.
• Process mailing of letters and eBlasts for the business unit
• Distribution of incoming communications and correspondence.
• Support outsourced services
• Participate in special projects
• Other duties as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Basic accounting working knowledge
• Proficient with using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent time management
