Join our in-house Talent Acquisition Team and help us continue to attract the best.In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to craft and execute a forward-thinking recruitment strategy for mid-to-senior management positions for our specialist engineering function.Your Future Career:
You will leverage online platforms like LinkedIn to expand professional networks, raising awareness of Royal Mail as an employer while attracting potential candidates with engaging, creative content. By actively engaging with these networks, you will build and manage talent pools.Additionally, you will conduct research and analyse talent trends to inform and shape long-term recruitment strategies. Using data-driven insights, you’ll continuously optimise recruiting performance in order to meet hiring goals and DE&I targets.Driving employer branding initiatives, you will position RMG as an employer of choice.Who are we looking for?

• Experience in recruiting for specialist and managerial engineering roles
• Proven experience in a direct, proactive sourcing methodology recruitment position
• Confident and experienced in using the tools for direct hire, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and search platforms
• An expert in building and maintaining relationships, with key stakeholders, hiring managers, HRBP’s and external future talent
• Talent mapping experience with proven results
• Experience of promoting EVP through marketing and advert writing
