The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team is excited to announce a new opportunity for an Employment Advisor. In this role, you will provide guidance and training services to support unemployed individuals on their journey towards employment, training, and education. You will contribute to a government initiative offering personalised support for up to 12 months, helping people secure jobs in their local area and overcome employment barriers.Currently, all applications are considered as expressions of interest as funding is subject to contract award.This role will also require regular travel so you must hold a UK Driving licence and have access to a car.Key Responsibilities:
