Full time Emergency Veterinarian – Hiring Immediately + Sign-on Bonus/Relocation Assistance – Katy, TXA leading AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Katy, Texas, is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian to join its collaborative team. This hospital offers 24/7 emergency care and provides a supportive, inclusive environment where veterinary professionals are empowered to excel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emergency medicine, committed to continuous learning, and excited to be part of a dynamic team.Hospital Overview:
- Established in 1990 , this well-regarded hospital has built a reputation for providing high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, exotics, pet pigs, and backyard poultry.
- AAHA-accredited since 1995, the hospital is committed to excellence in every aspect of veterinary medicine, with consistently outstanding scores in all AAHA evaluations.
- The state-of-the-art facility includes advanced diagnostic and treatment options such as digital radiography , ultrasound , endoscopy , and a full in-house lab .
- The team is made up of 10 veterinarians, and they are now looking to add an 11th veterinarian to further enhance their emergency services .

Candidate Qualifications:
- A passion for emergency medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to both pets and their families.
- Willingness to adhere to Fear Free and Cat Friendly practices, prioritizing patient comfort.
- Mentorship : Experience with or interest in mentoring junior veterinarians is highly valued.
- An interest in expanding knowledge in exotic animal care is encouraged, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary : Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 , plus 23% monthly production commission (with no negative accrual) or 25% production-only model .
- Bonuses : Sign-on, relocation, and student loan repayment bonuses available.
