We are a leading commercial real estate firm committed to delivering superior services to our clients. As an Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes, providing exceptional client experiences, and driving successful project outcomes.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to oversee the account-based operations for a technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives across an EMEA portfolio of over fifty countries and 2.7m sqft.Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for the designated account.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, adherence to processes, and implementation of best practices across all seven sub regions.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance goals for the team and monitor progress, providing regular feedback and coaching. Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with finance teams to develop and review budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting related to the account. Monitor financial performance to 1% variance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of over 200, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high-performance.
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Act as an escalation point for any client-related issues with the highest standard of proactive communication.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, identifying opportunities for growth and operational excellence within the account.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of account management principles and practices, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
