Validating compliance through robust auditory control.As the sites EHSS representative, you will be responsible to ensure you maintain high levels of engagement with the wider site management team and employees to ensure the site works together to deliver a safe and compliant environment.What you are already great at:

  • Carry out routine Critical 15 site audits
  • Collate Monthly Critical 15 Compliance Reports
  • Carry out Compliance Calendar audits
  • Upkeep our UK Risk register
  • Monitor and review to maintain outstanding levels or service from our PSL
  • Attend annual PSL service reviews
  • Monitor effectiveness and engagement of Committee Meetings
  • Work with Site Manager to drive continuous improvement agenda
  • Standardise investigation documents and review effectiveness
  • Review and evolve the escalation process
  • Support Site Manager with serious investigation management
  • Report on and escalate all serious incidents
  • Ensure all sites have got a trained incident investigations network
  • Carry out regular serious incident training sessions
  • Audit and collate environmental compliance results
  • Identify localised environmental risks and opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with our global Security assessments team.
  • Ensure quarterly penetration test are completed and logged on OPUS
  • Ensure standardization of Induction material across all sites
  • Regular assessment of process and procedures to identify potential risks and gaps
  • Support the manager where requested, writing and amending Policy’s
  • Cascade out policy changes to Advisors and Site Teams

For this role we would need you to demonstrate:

  • NEBOSH general certificate
  • 2 years experience
