Easement Stewardship Manager

SELT is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic team member to join us as our Easement Stewardship Manager. The Easement Stewardship Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing SELT’s program for over 280 conservation easement interests protecting nearly 17,000 acres, including developing and sustaining landowner relationships, annual monitoring, and violation resolution. The position is vital to the organization’s ability to meet our long-term easement stewardship commitments and meet or exceed the requirements of the LTA Standards and Practices and accreditation requirements. The position reports to the Stewardship & Land Engagement Director and supervises jobshiringnearme.org Easement Stewards, temporary seasonal field staff, and volunteers.
