Early Careers Talent Acquisition SpecialistFor HR EuropeLocation: Weybridge, UKWe are looking for a hard-working and dynamic Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this dual-role, you will play a crucial part in crafting the future of our company by attracting top early careers talent (graduates and interns), while also contributing to the overall recruitment efforts across various departments. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing relationships, and contributing to a growing and diverse organization.The role will be split between managing and improving our Early Careers Program and performing full-cycle recruitment across the business.You will:

  • Lead our early careers programs, including graduate and intern hiring, from job posting to offer stage and oversight of the program framework, learning, and employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders, line managers, universities, career services, and external organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage and oversee the Early Careers Program, capturing feedback from employees and line managers to continuously improve program efficiency.
  • Collaborate with line managers, Country HR, and Learning and Development to ensure successful onboarding, development, and retention of talent.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, assessment centres, and other early careers events (i.e.: reflection presentations and projects).
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and seek opportunities to promote accomplishments and results.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities across various functions within the company, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic support.
  • Apply creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent for open positions across multiple levels.
  • Contribute to broader talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed (i.e.: newsletters, announcements, and maintenance of intranet).

You will bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in a recruitment role, ideally within early careers or campus recruitment, where familiarity with employer branding and university partnerships is a plus.
  • Understanding of human resources, careers programs, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment with an understanding of sourcing strategies and assessment techniques with ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
