Become part of this world and make a difference with us.https://www.weareams.com/The RoleWorking as part of the Early Careers team, you will be working in a “360” role delivering both attraction and selection activity, alongside being responsible for a key project related to Work Experience and Apprenticeship hiring. Managing full life-cycle recruitment for vacancies, you could be supporting Work Experience, Foundation Apprenticeship or Degree Apprenticeship hiring at different parts of the year, alongside delivering a suite of recruitment and non-recruitment attraction activity directly to potential applicants.Exceptional candidate experience, decreasing time-to-hire, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for all are central to the aspirations of the team, and your activity will directly tie into helping us achieve those objectives.This role is best suited for someone with Early Careers recruitment experience, looking to take on more accountability or project oversight whilst working on behalf of a household client name.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:
