THE TEAM
This role is in our Human Resources Team which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh offices and supports the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations HR Business Partnering and the CSR and Diversity team.AG pride themselves on continual improvement and innovation and therefore you will be pivotal to drive forward fresh initiatives, annual processes and interesting projects. You will support assisting with the Business Services Graduate and Apprentice programmes, as well as Legal Apprenticeships through recruitment, development and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring we grow our talent pipeline from a diverse range of candidates.
Working collaboratively with the HR Business Partnering team, Recruitment team and colleagues in the wider Early Careers team to deliver best in class programmes, primarily into our business services functions.WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF THE ROLE?

This role requires a blend of recruitment, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a keen understanding or marketing and D&I initiatives, to support the firm’s Early Careers programmes effectively.
