This well-established, full-service general practice is known for its loyal clientele and strong community ties. The practice offers a flexible schedule with a rotating workweek: 3.5 days one week and 4.5 days the next, ensuring excellent work-life balance. Each workday spans 9.5–10 hours with a 1.5-hour lunch break, and Saturdays consist of a 4-hour shift. The role does not include on-call or emergency duties, providing a manageable and fulfilling schedule.The practice boasts a 5:2 veterinarian-to-staff ratio, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Each doctor is paired with a licensed technician and trained assistant, ensuring seamless care delivery. The clinic is fully equipped, and the team welcomes the addition of new services or equipment that align with the veterinarian’s interests.
