Full time DVM: Regional Medical Director – Now Hiring + Amazing Salary – Dallas, Texas area positionA partner hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Support Veterinarian to join their team in the Southwest Region . This full-time, clinical position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple practice locations while providing mentorship, leadership, and exceptional veterinary care.Key Responsibilities:As a Regional Support Veterinarian , you will:

• Provide full clinical duties, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of medical conditions in small animals.
• Travel to multiple hospitals within the Southwest region , offering direct support to various teams and patients.
• Mentor and guide veterinary teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and excellence in patient care.
• Adapt treatment plans and approaches to meet the unique needs of each hospital and client base.
• Contribute to the development of veterinary staff and ensure the highest standard of care is maintained across all locations.

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid veterinary license in good standing, or be able to obtain one in the state(s) within the Southwest region.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, adaptable approach to veterinary care and team collaboration.
• Have leadership or mentorship experience, or be eager to develop these skills.
• Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Be highly organized, resilient, and adaptable, with strong time management skills to succeed in a traveling, multi-hospital role.
