Full time DVM: Lead Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Great Sign-On Bonus – Naples, FLA reputable partner hospital in Naples, FL, is seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be licensed to practice in the state of Florida, and bring 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned veterinarian to oversee the management of a well-established clinic, providing high-quality patient care while leading a talented team of professionals.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery.
• Supervise, mentor, and train veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources to support patient care and growth.
• Ensure the clinic operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of veterinary care.

Qualifications:

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed veterinarian in the state of Florida.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Lead Veterinarian role or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and improving clinic operations.
