Full time DVM: Associate Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Sign-On Bonus – Charles Town, WVA partner clinic in Charles Town, WV is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic, multi-doctor team. The clinic is committed to providing the highest standard of veterinary care in a supportive, community-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, a strong desire to collaborate with a skilled team, and the ability to provide outstanding service to their clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Patient Care : Perform physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and provide treatment for animals, including surgeries and routine care.
• Client Communication : Educate clients on preventative care, treatment options, and medical advice, building lasting relationships through a relationship-based approach.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Growth and Development : Help foster growth within the practice and Charles Town community while encouraging staff development through the clinic’s internal LevelUp clinical training program .
• Caseload Management : Efficiently manage a variety of cases, including surgeries and appointments, during regular clinic hours.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education : DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Licensing : Active license in good standing to practice in the state of West Virginia (or the ability to obtain a West Virginia license).
• Experience : While experience is preferred, the clinic is open to all veterinarians, including new graduates, who are passionate about animal care and eager to learn.
• Collaboration Skills : Ability to work independently while thriving in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.
• Communication : Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and team members.
