Full time DVM: Associate Veterinarian – Now Hiring + Flexible Schedules – Albuquerque, NMA well-established veterinary hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its compassionate team. The clinic is committed to providing exceptional care to pets and their families, fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.Position Overview: The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of animal health conditions, performing surgeries, and providing preventive care. The role offers a diverse caseload, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and rewards.Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Perform surgeries and administer anesthesia.
• Provide vaccinations and other preventive care services.
• Consult with clients regarding their animals’ health and wellness.

Qualifications:

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• License to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New Mexico.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a veterinarian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
