Full time DVM: Associate Veterinarian – Hiring Immediately + Sign-On Bonus – Odessa, FLA well-established partner hospital in Odessa, FL is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their AAHA-accredited team. This modern practice offers advanced diagnostic tools, including digital and dental radiographs, and is committed to providing exceptional care to the Tampa/Odessa community. The clinic prides itself on its collaborative environment and dedication to supporting both staff and patients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, relationship-based care to patients and clients
  • Collaborate with a skilled clinical team and leadership to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships within the Odessa community and beyond
  • Support the growth of support staff through the internal LevelUp training program
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments during regular hours
  • Perform physical exams, diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients about their pets’ health and care

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive and dynamic team
