Maintaining positive and professional relationships across all customersCross-checking ordersCollections of returnsFeed back to customer services any issues or inaccuraciesDaily vehicle checks and monthly cleaningWarehouse duties including moving stock, parcel sortation, wrapping pallets and loadingExperienceExperience of a customer facing role would be advantageous along with previous delivery driving responsibilitiesExperience of multiple drops when delivering. Ability to navigate to new and unfamiliar locations easily.Experience of a Zebra scanner (Not essential)Positive interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detailReliabilityClean Driver’s license, including C1 & D1 criteria.Education:Basic literacy and numeracy are essential for covering the core duties of the role.Covetrus is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
